How do I start the process of getting a website?

How long does it take to complete a website?
Normal development can take 4-8 weeks, while fast-tracked completion of a website can take 3-5 weeks - depending on what your needs are for your website and how long you take to provide the require content/information.
How much does a website cost?
There is a monthly fee of either R299 or R399 (depending on your selected package) and an annual fee of R200 on all packages (for registering ownership of your domain name and renewing that registration every year).
What do I get for my monthly & annual fee?
All packages provide a fully functional and responsive website, email accounts at your domain name and the ability to update the content of your website - and include hosting of your website and email, and registration of your domain. Additional features vary per package.
How long are the fees paid for?
The packages start with a 12 month contract, after which it goes on month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days notice.
How do I pay my monthly fee?
The monthly fee must be deposited into the Opticom Group bank account before the last business day of each month, a debit order option will soon be available.
Will my website be available to the public?
Yes, any member of the public will be able to access your website using any internet browser on any device by typing in or following a link to your website address.
